Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Sudoku Blitz: Win Rewards mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. You affirm that you are of legal age in your country and/or state of residence to enter into this agreement and that your use of the App is in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

While you can play the game without an account, you must create an account and verify your email to be eligible for withdrawals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its source code, graphics, user interface, logos, and all related content, is the exclusive property of XelDust and its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions:

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of the App's code or assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Earning, Conversion, and Withdrawals

4.1. Game Coins (GC)

Game Coins ("GC") are virtual points earned by completing Sudoku puzzles. GC have no cash value and cannot be traded or transferred outside of the App. Their sole purpose is for converting into a USD balance within the App at the predefined rates.

4.2. Conversion & Withdrawal Eligibility

To convert GC into a withdrawable USD balance and request a withdrawal, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Maintain a login streak of at least seven (7) consecutive days.
2. Play a minimum of ten (10) Sudoku rounds per day during the 7-day streak.
3. Accumulate a minimum balance of $25.00 USD.
4. Have a valid, verified email address associated with your account.

Failure to log in for a day will reset your consecutive day streak to zero.

4.3. Withdrawal Process & Verification

Upon submitting a valid withdrawal request, an official from our legal team will contact you via your verified email within 1-7 business days to process your payment. In rare circumstances, processing may take up to 14-21 days. All withdrawals are subject to review.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Right to Reject

XelDust maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using any cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the App.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to manipulate or obscure your location or identity for the purpose of defrauding our ad partners or reward systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the reward system.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the fair play environment of the App.

We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to reject any withdrawal request, suspend or permanently delete your account without notice, and forfeit all your earnings if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity, or if you are found to be in violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. XelDust does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of earnings or data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• User ID: A unique User ID is generated to save your game progress and earnings.

• Usage Data: We collect data on your interactions with the App, such as puzzles played, features used, and time spent, to improve user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• Manage your account and save your progress.
• Process withdrawal requests and communicate with you about them.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Analyze usage trends to enhance the user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Third-Party Ad Networks: We partner with ad networks to serve advertisements. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to provide personalized ads. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
